Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Casual Spa Receptionist to join the Spa team at the St Brides Spa Hotel in Saundersfoot. This role is on a casual basis with hours as and when required, and the rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

You will handle administrative tasks, stock checks, and guest interactions, supporting the Spa and Leisure teams while providing excellent hospitality service.

Qualifications

• Secretarial/administrative qualifications or experience of more than two years.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Outlook.
• Experience in delivering administrative, operational and secretarial support including stock takes and retail trackers.

Responsibilities

• Escalate any complaints to Spa Manager with full details.
• Maintain feedback trackers with guest feedback and collate responses from Spa and Leisure teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Resort facilities, services and events.
• Organise and maintain an effective departmental filing system for senior management.
• Maintain and update records, print reports and ensure the system is used to provide accurate information for the Resort and department.
• Ensure the department has adequate supplies and manage store requisitions and purchase requests.
