Celtic Manor Resort in Saundersfoot, United Kingdom, is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for our Front of House team. This full-time role offers £13.28 per hour plus service charge and benefits, with 40 hours per week across 5 days.

Location is St Brides SA69 9NH, at the spa hotel where guest experiences are crafted from arrival to departure. The role requires strong supervisory capability, hotel front office knowledge, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory qualities with the ability to organise and motivate the Front Office team to deliver outstanding service.
• The confidence to tackle daily operational challenges and have a solution-focused mindset.
• Experience in a hotel environment with a solid understanding of front office procedures and guest service standards.
• A track record of being able to create outstanding guest experiences in a high-expectation environment.
• The ability to drive efficiency and high standards in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example – ensure Front of House team members uphold department standards throughout your shift.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, making every moment special.
• Train and develop the team to meet The Collections standards and evolving business needs.
• Maintain consistency and excellence in service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Front Office Manager, including assistance with meetings and a variety of day‑to‑day tasks.
• Assist the Front Office Manager in leading the front office team, maintaining continuity, team performance, and service excellence.
• Confidently resolve any front office issues in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
