Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management’s Holiday Inn Blackpool is seeking a friendly Guest Services Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and help create memorable stays.

You will be the first and last point of contact, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance and sharing local recommendations to elevate the guest experience.

• Great communication skills, handling guest inquiries and sharing local knowledge.
• Detail-focused and organised to manage reservations, bookings, and requests.

Responsibilities

• Be the first smile guests see and the friendly voice they remember, creating a warm welcome.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between with efficiency, making every guest feel like a VIP.
• Become the local expert, ready to dish out the best spots for brunch, hidden gems, and must-see sights to elevate the guest experience.
• Master multitasking: calls, bookings and guest requests—all with a positive vibe.
• Keep the front desk welcoming and organised, ensuring the space feels like home.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and requests met.
