Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management operates Hampton by Hilton Manchester Northern Quarter and is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests and ensure a smooth arrival and stay.

You will handle check-ins/check-outs, answer guest questions, process bookings and payments, and liaise with housekeeping to keep front desk operations efficient. Flexibility, high energy and a guest-first mindset are essential.

• Process bookings and payments with precision, ensuring detail accuracy for a hassle-free stay.
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to quickly handle guest requests and keep operations smooth.
• Keep the front desk professional and inviting for every visitor.
• Manage calls, emails and reservations efficiently while staying composed under pressure.
• Go the extra mile for special requests to make guests' stays memorable.
