We are seeking a dedicated Guest Services Manager (Day & Night shifts) to lead our guest services team across our vibrant properties in London, Berlin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, and Vienna. This role involves overseeing the guest experience in our lobby, reception, and public spaces, ensuring exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role
• Knowledge of Front Office operations
• F&B/Barista experience is a plus, with training provided if needed
