Job summary

The Savoy in London is seeking a Casual Luggage Porter to join our Front of House team. You will deliver, secure and store guest luggage, assist with arrivals and departures, and provide personal service with warmth and efficiency.

We value a can-do attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure. The role involves lifting and standing for long periods, with a competitive rate of £14.93 per hour (incl. service charge) and access to staff discounts and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide luggage delivery, security and storage
• Deliver guest requests in line with service standards with personalisation
• Assist Front of House team with various guest requests
• Ensure guests are treated with priority and courtesy
• Provide seamless luggage service during arrivals and departures
• Record luggage accurately and store securely
• Engage with guests with knowledge and personality
• Assist with parking and vehicle checks as needed
• Carry out wrapping/packing of parcels
• Sort mail and deliver to destinations
• Support guest experience leadership with other duties as needed
