Wilde in Cambridge is seeking a Guest Services Host to welcome guests across the lobby, reception and R&B spaces, delivering warm, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is helpful; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in the lobby, reception and R&B spaces while delivering warm, efficient service.
• Be the brand ambassador for Wilde, presenting the team with energy and pride.
• Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues to ensure smooth, memorable experiences.
• Assist with daily operations to keep the lobby and host stand welcoming and tidy.
