Whitbread’s Thurso Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a 24-hour-per-week schedule. The role is a fixed-term contract through 22 January 2027, paying up to £13.56 per hour for service-oriented hospitality duties.

You’ll welcome guests, check them in, serve breakfast or dinner, answer questions and keep reception, restaurant and public areas running smoothly. No hotel experience required; friendly, proactive people welcome.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly, enjoy helping people and stay calm when busy.
• Willing to learn on the job and support teammates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner and work behind the bar.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and welcoming.
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy.
