Job summary

HotelCare are hiring dedicated Room Attendants to join our busy hotel cleaning team. You will maintain spotless guest rooms to brand standards, restock amenities and ensure guest comfort throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality, good attention to detail, stamina to lift and stand for long periods, and a positive, can-do attitude. Flexible hours and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Physical fitness to lift and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
• Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages.
• Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of the guests.
• Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.
