Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing or food service experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Serving food and beverages to customers.

• Spot cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in dining and service areas.
• Cleaning both front and back of house areas.

• Completing any necessary financial records and paperwork.
• Serving customers from food counters.
• Upselling products and portion sizes where appropriate.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
