Whitbread's Premier Inn in St Austell is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member on a permanent contract. You’ll welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help keep the public areas tidy to ensure guests have a smooth stay.

Shifts include evenings and weekends with 12 guaranteed hours per week. Pay is up to £13.06 per hour at the St Austell location, with training and support provided as you grow in the role.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or evening meals.
• Answer questions and help solve problems.
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best.
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy.
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
