Village Hotels in Elstree is seeking a Room Assistant to deliver outstanding guest experiences by cleaning and maintaining bedrooms to the highest standards. You will be part of a busy housekeeping team, ensuring attention to detail and efficient room turnover with a proactive, friendly approach.

Your role involves replenishing amenities, keeping your trolley organized, and promptly addressing guest requests while adhering to safety guidelines and hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred.
• Able to maintain high cleanliness standards and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors to high hygiene standards.
• Replenish guest amenities, linen and supplies as needed.
• Keep housekeeping trolley clean, organized and stocked.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or missing items to the leadership team.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and COSHH procedures when using cleaning chemicals.
