Edgbaston Park Hotel and Conference Centre is seeking a passionate Reservations Executive to manage individual and group enquiries, bookings and changes. You will handle guest communications by phone and email, enter data into the PMS, and ensure accuracy in billing and records.

The role requires at least two years in a fast-paced hotel environment, with experience of Guestline PMS desirable. The hotel promotes equal opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Competenze

• At least two years’ experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems, such as Guestline, is desirable.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Handle telephone and email reservation enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process all room bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Determine suitable room types, availability and rates with guests’ needs.
• Communicate booking terms, guarantees, special rates, and cancellation policies.
• Prepare quotations and confirmations for clients, update records.
• Enter rooming lists into the PMS and manage billing, deposits, payments and refunds.
