Position: Guest Reservations Agent

As a Guest Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for assisting all guests with any booking enquiries they may have. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

1. Assisting guests with reservations and booking enquiries.
2. Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
3. Understanding all room options and availability.
4. Knowing department targets and upselling where appropriate.
5. Anticipating guest needs and proactively offering personalized experiences and additional services.
6. Being forward-thinking and innovative in working methods and best practices.
7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, especially repeat visitors.
8. Representing Nobu as an ambassador, embodying our values and commitment to the team.
