Job summary

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to elevate guest experiences for our VIPs and regular guests. You will lead the guest relations team, ensure smooth daily operations, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

You will collaborate with Front of House, uphold our values, and mentor colleagues to deliver outstanding service in a busy hotel environment in central London.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Guest Relations Manager or Duty Manager in a hotel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and train a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the Guest Relations department.
• Liaise with Front of House teams to meet guest and financial targets.
• Lead, train and inspire the Guest Relations team.
• Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera.
