Job summary

Cambridge House, a flagship Auberge Collection property in Mayfair, London, is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator. You will help bring each guest’s journey to life through thoughtful preparation, warmth and meticulous attention to detail, coordinating pre-arrival arrangements and bespoke London itineraries.

Working with the Guest Relations Executive and Manager, you’ll contribute to a distinctive service culture that defines Cambridge House’s welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Interest in London's restaurants, culture, and experiences
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with a service mindset
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
• Right to work in the United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Support pre-arrival journey by reviewing guest preferences and arrangements
• Create bespoke London itineraries with dining, culture and local experiences
• Handle guest inquiries with discretion and professionalism
• Review daily arrival reports and guest profiles for accuracy
• Coordinate amenities with In‑Room Dining, Housekeeping, and other teams
• Assist with reservations, transport, experiences and special requests
