Job summary

Cambridge House, Auberge Collection, London, seeks a Guest Relations Coordinator to help bring each guest’s journey to life with warm, attentive service and meticulous attention to detail.

You'll support pre-arrival arrangements, create bespoke London itineraries, coordinate with In-Room Dining, Housekeeping and other departments, and help deliver memorable experiences for a luxury townhome opening in Mayfair.

Qualifications

• Interest in London's dining, culture and experiences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work with multiple teams.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Support the pre-arrival journey by reviewing guest preferences and confirming arrangements.
• Assist in creating bespoke London itineraries.
• Handle guest enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
• Review daily arrival reports and share accurate information with the team.
• Coordinate guest amenities with In-Room Dining, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Assist with reservations, transport and experiences for guests.
• Support daily operations, reports and handovers for the Guest Relations team.
• Contribute to Cambridge House’s service standards and welcoming culture.
