We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Host to join our team. This front-of-house role involves being the first point of contact for visitors to our café and shop. We desire someone enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Hours:

Fully flexible availability required, including weekends. Permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
2. Manage customer flow within the café and shop.
3. Provide information and assistance to visitors.
4. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and surrounding area.
5. Collaborate with team members to uphold high customer service standards.

Candidate Requirements:
