Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Elstree. You will act as the primary problem solver for the property, addressing guest room faults and ensuring leisure facilities operate smoothly for members and guests.

A proactive, hands-on attitude is valued and supported by training and development opportunities. The role covers maintenance across public areas, fitness and pool facilities, and collaboration with other hotel teams to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is great, but attitude and energy matter more.
• Hands-on with tools and basic problem-solving skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Respond to room faults and fix issues swiftly and politely to avoid guest disruption.
• Run routine checks and fix issues across the Leisure Club gym and pool areas.
