One hour you might be fixing a critical issue in a guest room so they can have a faultless stay, and the next you will be ensuring our Leisure Club equipment is operating seamlessly. • The Guest Experience: Responding directly to room faults. You will jump in and fix issues swiftly and politely, ensuring our guests experience absolutely zero disruption during their stay.
• The Leisure Club: Keeping the energy high. You will run routine checks and fix issues across the gym and pool areas so our facilities are always operating flawlessly for our members.
• The Public Areas: Protecting the brand. You will take pride in the details, ensuring our bustling lobbies, Pub & Grill, and meeting spaces look immaculate and function perfectly.
• The Team Support: Working hand in hand with every other department. You will be a supportive team player who thrives under pressure, helping the wider hotel team deliver a brilliant service.
