Job summary

Village Hotel Solihull is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to be the go-to problem solver across the property. From guest room faults to keeping Leisure Club equipment and public areas in top condition, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guest Experience: Responding directly to room faults and fixing issues swiftly and politely so guests experience zero disruption.
• The Leisure Club: Running routine checks and fixing issues in gym and pool areas to keep facilities operating smoothly.
• The Public Areas: Maintaining pristine lobby and restaurant spaces to protect the Village brand and ensure functionality.
• The Team Support: Collaborating with other departments to support the wider hotel team in delivering excellent service.
