Village is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to tackle a wide range of requests across guest rooms, leisure facilities, and public areas. You will troubleshoot issues, perform routine checks, and ensure service standards are never compromised during guests’ stays.

Responsibilities

• The Guest Experience: Responding directly to room faults and fixing issues swiftly and politely so guests experience zero disruption.
• The Leisure Club: Running routine checks and fixing issues across gym and pool areas to keep facilities operating smoothly.
• The Public Areas: Maintaining immaculate lobbies, Pub & Grill, and meeting spaces to protect the brand.
• The Team Support: Working with all departments to support the wider hotel team.
