Premier Inn in Wigan is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to welcome guests, assist with check-in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help keep the hotel running smoothly. You’ll support the reception, restaurant and public spaces, and work across shifts to ensure a great guest experience.

No prior hotel experience is required. If you’re friendly, calm under pressure and enjoy helping people, we’ll teach you the rest and help you develop your hospitality career.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
