Job summary

Premier Inn Rochester is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in, and provide breakfast or dinner service. You’ll help answer questions and resolve issues, while keeping the reception and public areas tidy.

No hotel experience is required, as we’ll train you. You’ll work evenings and weekends with 12 guaranteed hours per week in a friendly team.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Friendly and proactive with a can-do attitude during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or dinner to guests
• Answer questions and help solve problems for guests
• Keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
