The Hoxton is seeking a Front Office Intern to assist with the day-to-day running of the Front Office. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be one of the first faces guests meet, creating a warm welcome and memorable experiences from arrival to departure.

This internship offers hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest relations, and the little details that make a stay unique. Training, shifts, and a chance to grow with the team are provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist from arrival to departure.
• Answer phones, handle requests, and provide local recommendations.
• Help with check-in/out and basic admin tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to manage busy periods and overbooking.

• You're the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way
• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises
• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Front Office Manager with any overbooking levels
• Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations to the best show to see and the latest pop-up restaurant to try in the area - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to
• You're our gatekeeper for the hotel. You know who's who and what's what.
• And yes, there's a little admin... Some expenses, some lists and a stationary order or two. But let's face it, we know you love that!

• Previous hotel (or similar) experience is great, but it's not a must-have for us - if you're eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know

• You're all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience

• You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
• You are available for at least 6 months.

  €750 gross per month, based on a full-time internship.
