The Hoxton in Holborn is seeking a Night Auditor who brings a warm, proactive approach to guest care during the night shift. You’ll ensure seamless arrivals and departures, verify guest bills, and resolve issues with discretion and efficiency.

Your calm presence helps maintain the high standard guests expect from The Hoxton. You'll work with fellow hotel teams to stay busy, support the Night Manager, and respond to late-night requests with a can-do attitude.

We are looking for a so-positive-it's-infectious Night Auditorto join us at The Hoxton, Holborn.

Holborn was the second Hox to join the fam, taking over a Grade II-listed building that was once the factory of George Kent, a famed maker of gadgets and instruments (among them a knife sharpener/cleaner now sitting in the Science Museum, no less). After Kent, BT moved in, and now this former telephone exchange is home to 220 bedrooms (expanding from the original 174) and the Apartment, plus our foodie hotspot Rondo, all a stone’s throw from the capital’s most famous shopping and entertainment districts.

Job Description

What you'll do...

• You make sure our guest experience never flags, even at night! Whatever's needed, you treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way
• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises
• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy, and help our Night Manager with any overbooking levels
• Answer phones, sort out requests and anything that might arise time, involving the team as needed - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to.

Qualifications

What we're looking for...

• It's all about attitude for us, someone who enjoys being helpful to others and isn't easily flustered - there's a smaller team working at night so confidence and knowing how to work things out by yourself are key
• Previous hotel (or similar) experience is great, but it's not a must-have for us - if you're eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know
• You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here
• Passion for hospitality – you’re all about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues
• You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get stuff done
