Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Huntingdon is seeking Casual F&B Assistants to join our busy Bar and Restaurant team. You will welcome guests, take orders, deliver table service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Casual hours will vary; shifts start early morning to late evening. In this role you’ll work with front-of-house and kitchen teams, learn our standards, and enjoy Marriott discounts worldwide, free meals on shift, and uniform and dry cleaning.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B or Customer Service experience (not essential).
• Enthusiastic and positive mindset with guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take food and drink orders, and deliver excellent table service
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Prepare and serve basic drinks and assist the bar team during busy periods
• Set up and clear tables, ensuring dining areas remain clean and organised
• Process orders and handle basic transactions
• Recommend and upsell menu items, drinks, and specials
• Maintain cleanliness in the bar, kitchen, and dining areas
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Support both front-of-house and kitchen teams to keep service running smoothly
