Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. You will receive training through the Dalata Academy and have opportunities to grow within a supportive, internal-promotions focused team.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will work in a high-volume hotel environment, delivering polished guest experiences and driving upsell opportunities across dining outlets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel service.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and provide friendly service.
• Know the menu and be able to make wine/food recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverages.
