leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to support service across hotel outlets and events. You will help ensure guests have memorable experiences with welcoming service and attention to detail.

Join a team that values hospitality, teamwork and a flexible approach to shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not required.

Qualificações

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to deliver friendly and professional service to guests.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver friendly and professional service to guests across food and beverage outlets.
• Support restaurant, bar, breakfast and event operations where applicable.
• Take food and drink orders and serve guests efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare service areas and keep them clean, organized and welcoming.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
• Process payments and transactions accurately.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
• Assist with setup and delivery of meetings, events and functions where applicable.
• Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create exceptional guest experiences.
