Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. You will assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages, maintain dining areas clean, and deliver welcoming guest experiences.

No prior experience required, though hospitality experience is a bonus. We value excellent communication, a can-do attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in all operational duties, including setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory management.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of events and special functions.
• Ensure all areas are well-stocked and presented impeccably at all times.
