Job summary

Aimbridge is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to ensure guests have a positive dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments while maintaining a clean dining area and restocking supplies.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail are essential, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, in a dynamic hotel environment under the Aimbridge brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage not essential, but passion for exceptional guest experience.
• Strong communication and professional guest interaction.
• Ability to work in a team and support colleagues across hotel.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain clean dining area.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.
