Responsibilities

• Provide a user-focused service experience built on exceeding expectations.
• Demonstrate behaviours from the Behaviours Playbook.
• Build relationships and understand changing needs of service delivery.
• Maintain immaculate presentation of reception and cafe areas.
• Deliver welcoming experiences and efficient visitor processing.
• Ensure visitors are greeted warmly and assisted promptly.
• Communicate visitor arrivals clearly and promptly.
• Assist with waiting visitor care and escorting to meetings.
• Promote and manage stationery, vending, kitchens and pantries.
• Drive utilisation of space and gather employee feedback for improvements.
• Support with pre-booking visitors and pre-arrival coordination.
• Provide IT support and room setup, both in person and remotely.
• Take part in stakeholder engagement and contribute to monthly reporting.
