Job summary

Green & Fortune is hiring a Waiter for Clerks House at the London Museum in Smithfield, opening 28 November. This 140-cover all-day bistro will celebrate seasonal produce and London's culinary history with a menu developed with renowned chef Robin Gill.

You will deliver warm, attentive service from pre-opening to close, set up tables and crockery, explain dishes, and keep service running smoothly with your team. At least 1 year in a quality-led restaurant is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience in a quality-led restaurant.
• Confidence engaging with guests, explaining dishes and making recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive service from pre-opening to close.
• Get the restaurant ready, setting up tables, menus, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
• Bring the menu to life, explain dishes and stories, make thoughtful recommendations.
• Keep service running smoothly, look after guests and reset tables throughout service.
