Job summary

Green & Fortune is hiring a Waiter for Clerks House at the London Museum in Smithfield, opening 28 November. This 140-cover all-day bistro will celebrate seasonal produce and London's culinary history with a menu developed with renowned chef Robin Gill.

You will deliver warm, attentive service from pre-opening to close, set up tables and crockery, explain dishes, and keep service running smoothly with your team. At least 1 year in a quality-led restaurant is required.

• At least one year's experience in a quality-led restaurant.
• Confidence engaging with guests, explaining dishes and making recommendations.

We're looking for a Waiter to join Clerks House at London Museum, opening on 28 November in historic Smithfield. This new 140-cover all-day bistro will feature a menu developed in collaboration with acclaimed chef Robin Gill, celebrating seasonal produce, London's culinary history and the people behind our food.

Deliver warm, attentive service from pre-opening to close.

• Get the restaurant ready, setting up tables, menus, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
• Bring the menu to life, explaining dishes, sharing their stories and making thoughtful recommendations.
• Keep service running smoothly, looking after guests, working with colleagues and resetting tables throughout service.

What you'll bring as Waiter?

At least one year's experience in a quality-led restaurant, with an understanding of structured steps of service. You'll be confident engaging with guests, explaining dishes and recommending food and drinks.

We encourage a one-team approach and a willingness to get stuck in with all aspects of the restaurant, from bar to floor.
