Job summary
Green & Fortune is seeking a Host to join the hospitality team at London Museum, opening on 28 November in historic Smithfield. You will create a warm welcome for every guest from arrival to departure, supporting the floor, bar and kitchen as needed.
Previous experience in a quality‑led restaurant or bar is required, with knowledge of service standards and reservation systems. We encourage a one‑team approach and active engagement with guests during busy services.

- You'll be warm, organised and confident engaging with guests, even during busy services.
- We encourage a one-team approach and a willingness to get stuck in across the restaurant and bar, from welcoming guests to supporting the floor team.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact, greeting guests and managing the reception area.
- Manage reservations and guest flow, coordinating bookings, seating and guest enquiries.
- Work closely with the team, communicating with floor, bar and kitchen colleagues to ensure smooth service.
