Premier Inn in Oxford Kidlington (Airport) is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member. You’ll welcome guests, check them in, serve breakfast or dinner, and help with local recommendations. This permanent role includes evenings and weekend shifts, with 10 guaranteed hours per week and pay up to £13.56 per hour.

Join a friendly team and learn the essentials of hotel operations from day one. Full training is provided and there are clear opportunities to develop within Premier Inn as you gain experience

Qualifications

• No two shifts are quite the same.
• You don’t need hotel experience.
• If you’re friendly, enjoy helping people and can stay calm when it’s busy, we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support your teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
