Whitbread's Oxford Kidlington Premier Inn is hiring a Ground Floor Team Member to greet guests, check them in and help with breakfast or dinner service. The role offers 10 guaranteed hours per week and a permanent contract, with pay up to £13.56 per hour.

You’ll join a busy team and support hospitality operations across reception, restaurant and public areas. No prior hotel experience is required – just a friendly, calm attitude and the willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Able to stay calm in busy periods.
• Full training provided; no hospitality experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in.
• Serve breakfast or dinner to guests.
• Answer questions and resolve problems.
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas clean and tidy.
• Support teammates during busy periods.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival to departure.
