It is a permanent position with 16 guaranteed hours per week and a pay up to £13.06 per hour, located at Annan Rd, Dumfries, Scotland DG1 3JX. No hotel experience is required; friendly, helpful individuals who stay calm in busy times are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Keep reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when busy
• Ensure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure
