Job summary

Mecca, the UK’s leading bingo brand, is hiring a Team Member for our venues and online experiences. You’ll greet guests, serve food and drinks, and help keep queues moving and the venue tidy. Real contracts from 8–35 hours per week, with 50% off food and soft drinks for you and three companions.

You’ll join a lively team in our Booksales department, delivering great service, upholding safety and hygiene standards, and contributing to a memorable customer experience from first hello to final game.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments is helpful but not essential.
• Ability to stay organized in busy environments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt on shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Serve food and drink and keep the venue buzzing.
• Follow brand standards and support across Front of House, Food & Beverage, and cleaning.
• Assist across departments as needed and escalate issues promptly.
