Langdale Chase Hotel on Lake Windermere is seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor to report to the Guest Service Manager and deliver a five-star guest experience. You will lead the reception team in providing a warm welcome and professional service to guests.

The role requires hands-on experience in a Four- or Five-Star property, strong leadership, and the ability to train and motivate staff, while maintaining brand standards and supporting seasonal and workload variations.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience in Four- or Five-Star hotels.
• Strong work ethic and ability to motivate a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide the highest standards of customer service and welcome to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Have impeccable knowledge of bedrooms and facilities to offer the best service.
• Create a strong culture of customer service and warm hospitality within the department.
• Ensure a prompt, courteous, knowledgeable response to telephone calls.
• Contribute towards the maximisation of bedroom sales and deliver revenue control.
• Supervise and support with the development of the reception team through training.
• Ensure security procedures for guest belongings are carried out with care by all staff.
• Provide efficient delivery of guest messages.
• Support the Guest Service Manager with delivering brand standards.
