Langdale Chase Hotel on Lake Windermere seeks an experienced Reception Supervisor to lead the reception team and deliver a five-star guest experience. You will oversee guest welcome, knowledge of rooms and facilities, and maintain brand standards in a busy luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality experience in a Four- or Five-Star hotel.
• Strong work ethic with ability to motivate a front desk team.
• Ability to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Good communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest standards of customer service and a warm welcome to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of bedrooms and facilities to assist guests.
• Foster a culture of hospitality and recognise regular guests.
• Respond promptly and politely to phone inquiries.
• Contribute to bedroom sales and revenue control.
• Coach the reception team to deliver the hotel’s product plan and standards.
• Apply security procedures for guests’ belongings with care.
• Ensure efficient delivery of guest messages and brand standards.
