Job summary

Hotel Indigo Bath is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the reception team under the guidance of the Front Office Manager. You will drive a warm welcome and outstanding guest service, while maintaining high standards and smooth front desk operations.

You will mentor staff, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and collaborate with other front-of-house departments. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to cover various shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front desk team in hospitality.
• Strong customer-service focus and problem solving.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Front Desk/Reception team to deliver warm, authentic guest experiences.
• Support the Front Office Manager and other HODs to ensure smooth running of the reception and related departments.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
• Be flexible to cover early, late and night shifts as needed.
