Job summary

Draughts in London is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to run front-of-house with presence, care and energy. You will guide the team during service, uphold our standards and ensure guests leave feeling something special.

You will support the General Manager by stepping up with confidence, keeping the venue ready, safe and buzzing. You will train new starters, monitor service quality, manage stock and labour, and handle guest issues with calm, clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a frontline hospitality team.
• Ability to train new starters and communicate clearly.
• Capable of maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, brief the team before service and support during peak times.
• Train new starters, provide feedback to the General Manager and foster team trust.
• Ensure food and drinks go out correctly, set the right ambience with lights/music, and monitor stock and labour.
• Address incidents and near misses, and drive improvements through the shift.
