Job summary

Southampton Football Club seeks a Casual Front of House Supervisor to support LEVEL1 in delivering outstanding guest experiences at St Mary's Stadium. You will lead operations on shift, coordinate bar activity, and ensure safe, inclusive environments for all fans and visitors.

The role requires evenings, weekends and matchdays with a DBS Enhanced check. You will mentor team leaders, uphold standards, and embody the club values while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced hospitality or guest-facing experience.
• Experience leading teams or supervising shifts.
• Calm and decisive under pressure.
• Strong communication to motivate and direct others.
• Organised, multi-tasking and able to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of excellent customer service and supervise the team on shift.
• Coordinate bar operations, staff allocation and guest flow across zones.
• Oversee stock control for drinks and consumables; support stocktakes.
• Coach and guide team leaders; uphold safety and service standards.
• Onboard and train new Team Leaders; model company values.
