Job summary

Southampton Football Club is seeking a Casual High Ropes & Climbing Supervisor to lead activity sessions and oversee the climbing wall at St Mary's Stadium.

This role involves ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for participants while providing excellent customer service. You'll manage day-to-day operations, perform equipment inspections, and assist with hospitality operations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to safety. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in climbing or outdoor activities preferred, but training will be provided.
• Commitment to safety and high standards of service is essential.
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
