Job summary

National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty in Giant’s Causeway welcomes visitors and offers exciting opportunities to join the storyteller team. You’ll provide guided tours, engage with visitors, and ensure a warm welcome while supporting the Visitor Experience Officers.

The role is based at Giant’s Causeway with occasional work across other sites, in a permanent capacity, offering a flexible annualised hours pattern of 780 hours per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide guided tours to the Giant’s Causeway.
• Engage visitors at the Visitor Services Desk and ensure a warm welcome.
• Deliver high standards of presentation and clear communications to visitors.
• Link visitor engagement to the National Trust cause and ongoing work.
