Merkur Slots UK Limited is seeking a part-time Team Member in Eltham. You will be the welcoming face for guests, delivering great gaming experiences and assisting with guest services.

The role emphasizes customer care, adherence to brand standards and effective teamwork. The position offers flexible hours (24 per week) with a daytime pay rate and a higher night rate for overnight hours, plus a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail, hospitality or gambling environment.
• Excellent customer service when engaging with guests.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• Flexible and dedicated to tasks and shift patterns.
• Attention to detail in all duties and compliance training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high venue housekeeping standards and clean gaming equipment and surfaces.
• Serve rounds and refreshments in line with brand guidelines.
• Monitor customer behaviour and report anything suspicious or disruptive.
• Assist with administration to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Support promotions to run smoothly and drive customer satisfaction.
• Interact with customers throughout your shift and log activities as required.
