Job summary

• Serving food and beverages promptly and correctly
• Answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergens
• Upselling specials, drinks, or additional courses where appropriate
• Checking in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Processing payments and handling the bill accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
• Following food hygiene and allergen regulations
• Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
