Job summary

Ethos Farm in London is seeking a Reception Associate to join the 50EB team at 50 Electric Boulevard, Battersea Power Station. You will warmly welcome occupiers and their guests, handle enquiries, support events, and help maintain a safe, well-presented building.

The role is 18 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a pay of £14.80 per hour and opportunities for overtime based on demand. Excellent English and IT skills are essential, with experience using a Visitor Management System beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service or hospitality experience.
• Confidence using IT equipment and systems (laptop/tablet/phone/diary/email).
• Experience with a Visitor Management System (VMS) is beneficial.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Flexible and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome occupiers and guests and ensure a positive, professional reception.
• Support occupier engagement and community activities.
• Assist with access control and sign-in of guests; liaise with security.
• Provide information about amenities, transport, and the Power Station.
• Manage calls and emails, offering helpful solutions and service.
