Job summary

Ethos Farm is seeking a Reception Associate at 50 Electric Boulevard, Battersea Power Station, London. You will deliver a warm welcome to occupiers and guests, helping create a connected building community.

Responsibilities include front-desk support, handling calls and emails, assisting with events, and maintaining occupier records using the building app. This role involves 18 hours per week, with potential overtime according to demand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years customer service or hospitality experience.
• Confidence using IT equipment and systems, e.g. laptop, tablet, phone, diary, email, access control and fault logging.
• Experience using a Visitor Management System (VMS) to manage guest arrivals is beneficial.
• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to reply to emails.

Responsibilities

• Greet occupiers and guests warmly and professionally.
• Answer calls and emails with helpful solutions.
• Provide information about amenities, the Power Station, and travel.
• Support event planning and coordinate with partners.
• Maintain occupier records and data accuracy.
